Online Order


Can I change my order? Unfortunately we aren’t able to make changes after your order has been placed (including sizing, color, removing item or changing delivery address). However, you may cancel the complete order or return unwanted items. If you want to cancel you order please contact customer service at isabelle@seareinas.com

May I cancel my order? You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days. However, as we try to proceed your order as fast as possible, it might be shipped already. In that case, you may refuse the package when a delivery attempt is made or return all items and we will issue a full refund excluding return shipping costs. If you want to cancel you order please contact customer service at isabelle@seareinas.com

What about sales? All sale items and discounts are final sale. They are not valid for exchange.

Manufacturer Defect? If you believe there is a manufacturer’s defect on your piece please send a photograph to isabelle@seareinas.com and she will get back to you within 1 week. It is up to the company’s discretion to accept or negate any claims of manufacturer’s defects.

Can I Exchange my Purchase? You have 30 days for an in-store exchange. Unfortunately, there are is no cash - back policy.
